Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced new rules for international travellers arriving in the UK, and these are effective starting from today. Here are the latest rules for children aged 5 and above arriving in England:

- Children aged 4 and under do not have to take any COVID-19 travel tests

- Children aged 18 and under do not have to take a COVID-18 test before departure

- Children aged 5 to 17, regardless of their vaccination status, must quarantine on arrival until getting a negative result of the PCR test taken on day 2
