There are a wide range of clubs and teams available, ranging from traditional sports like cricket and hockey, to more modern alternatives such as trampolining and frisbee.

RGS’s sports teams regularly succeed at national and regional level, for example, the Natwest Rugby Cup, Rosslyn Park 7s, the Lord’s Taverners Cricket Cup, the ISFA Football Cup and National Schools' competitions for hockey and netball.

In January 2020, the new Sixth Form centre was launched with individual study pods, a space for collaborative working, printing and photocopying facilities and a new coffee bar etc.
